Easy to use

What do you like best? It is easy to use for my paycheck and choosing benefits, other than that I don't have to log on very often, but it is easy to use. What do you dislike? I don't have to use paylocity a whole lot, my coworkers would have more likes and dislikes, but from how I use it I have no dislikes. What business problems are you solving with the product? Difficult to navigate and pull data from

What do you like best? The benefits platform is fully integrated, employees can enroll themselves which makes that process run smooth. The employee on-boarding is just ok, a bit frustrating from the administrator standpoint. This is a software where you have to spend minutes clicking through various options to get simple data retrieved. What do you dislike? Paylocity's reporting center is a total nightmare. What do you like best? My favorite thing about this is that I can download the app to my phone and I can check my paycheck and tax information at any time. What do you like best? Its got a fast UI, and when you find what you're looking for, it is easy to read, but thats just about where the positives end. What do you dislike? Their login system is stupid, requiring a company ID, username, and password every time, instead of just remembering your company. No 2 factor authentication. What do you like best? Ease of use, data is easy to extract. Reporting is intuitive. I was amazed at how easy it was to switch from Paychex. My supervisors spend much less time managing time and attendance, and the employees have visibility to the time off calendar which is a huge help. What do you dislike? Some navigation needs work. What do you like best? Coming from a hr platfrom created in the 90's, Paylocity seems to do it all. Flexible reporting, incredible ACA tracking and help, easy on-boarding etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Paylocity offers more than just payroll resources -- you can send "badges" to your colleagues to recognize them for things like Leadership, Getting Things Done, Thinking Outside the Box, and what not.
