Paylocity Web Pay Reviews in July 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Comprehensive!

What do you like best? I like the number of functions I can complete using this one product. What do you dislike? We recently did our evaluations using Paylocity and it was awkward, confusing, and not very intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like being able to perform any number of HR tasks using one product. It saves me time and it means I demand less of my HR specialist.

Ease of use

What do you like best? Paylocity has it all! Directory, company documents, addresses, pay stubs, date of hire, expenses, time cards. The mobile app makes it so easy to approve time off even when away from my desk. I like the simple sign on with your fingerprint as well. What do you dislike? Several tabs that can be hard to navigate through if you also have an admin page. Sometimes I find myself stuck on a page and just have to logout and log back in to reset. What business problems ...

Poor UX and weirdly buggy

What do you like best? It is full featured and satisfies a wide range of use cases What do you dislike? UX is clobbered together with a mixture of legacy web app with new modular ui, both of which are poorly organized and non-intuitive Recommendations to others considering the product Try Zenefits or Namely instead. Great for payroll and timecard management

What do you like best? It is very easy to check your timecard and make sure you have enough hours. Digital pay stubs are a good addition too. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike. It's tough to look at your timecard and weekly hours on the mobile app, but online is fine. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All pay stubs are digitally available through Paylocity and are not needed to be given out.

What do you like best? A very user friendly payroll system with great features to connect via any device. Our staff also appreciates to recognize others via the impressions we can leave in they system. Paylocity, user friendly

What do you like best? I like that everything is in one place: benefits, payroll, timesheet, etc. I like the user tutorials as well. Easy to follow. User friendly interface. The easiest HR software EVER!

What do you like best? It's really intuitive - easy to find things you're looking for, easy to request PTO. The paycheck graphs (showing you where you had deductions or healthcare taken out each month are really helpful visuals. You can also award coworkers with badges, which is nice for team building. Friendly User Experience

What do you like best? I love the easy to use platform. I'm not very familiar with this product, however my company switched over to from hand written time cards to this online time card system and it was great. I heard that my boss received very great training on the system. What do you dislike? The system had updated at one point and I did not like the changes. Easy to Use Payroll System

What do you like best? User-friendly portable, easily navigable. Updating information and viewing past pay stubs and benefits is really easy. What do you dislike?
