Great HR tools in one place

What do you like best? I like the interfaces, the 360 degree portals, and the ease of use of the portals. I like that our hiring, on boarding and payroll are seamless and paperless. What do you like best? Paylocity is easy to learn, implement and understand. We have fiver different companies and they are combined into a company set which allows me to create reports with combined information or separate information. The payroll processing is quick and easy using CSV spreadsheets to upload hours from our ERP system. The are numerous reports available and creating custom reports is quick and simple. What do you like best? The software allows for a high level of self service so we can solve our own issues. Training/Documentation is the best of any software i have ever used. What do you dislike? What do you like best? User friendly - exceptional training and support! All the various parts of the system work together - for example the time and attendance piece transfers directly to payroll without issues, the HRIS portion works with payroll, etc. You only have to enter the information once. What do you like best? Paylocity has been accmodating from our implemention to 4 years later. They helped us get our home grown payroll system into thiers quickly and easily.
