Paylocity makes it possible for us as a small company to integrate several processes of payroll/HR.

What do you like best? I like the access employees have to manage their punches, time off requests, paystub printing, etc with the mobile app. It really saves us time and allows us to be more of a reviewer and to catch errors. What do you dislike? With the newer items, it seems like Paylocity does a lot, but not everything we need, forcing us to rely on outside work-arounds still. What do you like best? I can track employees time off and also pull reports to distribute to managers. The Onboarding process interfacing with Clearcompany where applicants apply for positions within my organization connecting so new hires are then moved over to the onboarding process. What do you like best? Ease of use, quick responses from the customer service team, implementation is very quick and easy. Our Account Manager, Chris, is extremely helpful and customer service oriented. What do you dislike? It's a good issue - there are so many features that I don't have the time to learn them all! What do you like best? Paylocity constantly works on innovating their product to increase its usability and make it effective for its customers. What do you dislike? I think that the tool isn't as customizeable as it could be. What do you like best? I love the Web Time features. There are a ton of ways to clock in, including biometrics scanning, badging in at kiosks, mobile devices, etc... We have fiver different companies and they are combined into a company set which allows me to create reports with combined information or separate information. What do you like best? User friendly - exceptional training and support! All the various parts of the system work together - for example the time and attendance piece transfers directly to payroll without issues, the HRIS portion works with payroll, etc. You only have to enter the information once.
