What do you like best? Report writer function is great to be able to customize different reports and items specific to your company. Client services are very helpful and always reachable. What do you dislike? In paylocity, the most simple tasks seem to have too many steps. What do you like best? Ease of use, quick responses from the customer service team, implementation is very quick and easy. Our Account Manager, Chris, is extremely helpful and customer service oriented. What do you dislike? It's a good issue - there are so many features that I don't have the time to learn them all! Great Service, and lots to improve on.

What do you like best? I love the Web Time features. There are a ton of ways to clock in, including biometrics scanning, badging in at kiosks, mobile devices, etc... The customer service is top notch. Michael Lee-Kin is the best!! (Just sayin'! What do you dislike? The reporting feature is lacking. Great Customer Service and Customization with Tiny Issues

What do you like best? I love the level of customer service I receive, both the speed and the dedication to taking care of company issues. (We have great Reps at Paylocity, Angel and Anna! I also love that I have the ability to build most of what I need and can be a real system power user. Thoroughly have enjoyed everything.

What do you like best? I like how helpful and informative the Paylocity personnel are. If they don't have the answers they make sure you are introduced to someone that might. They are also wiling to follow up with you after the conference to make sure all things are good to go. I have really enjoyed having Angel Weatherspoon as my account manager. She is prompt and will keep going until the answers are found. As for using Paylocity, I think that the program is very user friendly. ...
