Convenient & easy to use

What do you like best? The employee experience is mostly intuitive, I like the capabilities with timekeeping, payroll, talent management, ACA tools, benefit elections, and even policy/handbook acknowledgments. Better than most

What do you like best? You can send encouraging words to coworkers, view your entire team along with the "chain of command", view each others likes/dislikes. It makes getting to know your coworkers so much easier What do you dislike? When loading your check PDF, it takes awhile. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to access paylocity at any time on any device, and view everything I could possibly need for my job.

Very easy to ease and pick up quickly

What do you like best? It is very easy to navigate and learn how to use the system without a lot of training. I like how much information it stores for our employees and that I can upload documents easily into it. What do you dislike? There is not much to say that I dislike. What do you like best? There is a lot of flexibility for customizing the system to our needs. After the initial learning curve, it is super simple to make changes on the fly... add earnings codes, set up new departments, etc. I also really like the employee Self-Service Portal - I can customize what an employee can view & even add external links (useful for benefits enrollment. A decent platform if you're not investing a lot of money

What do you like best? Paylocity does have a unique web interface, it definitely loads a lot of the key information you need depending on your position on the front page. What do you dislike? There is a lot of clunkiness in navigation until you get to use it. The menu could use an overhaul.
