Paylocity helps with the basics of HR and Payroll, and helps with new things as well.

What do you like best? The ability to have everything HR related in one system. Everything happens in real time. Paylocity has been a great tool for streamlining our payroll and HRIS processes.

What do you like best? I like that the web-based features allow me to access our account from any location with internet access. It has given me more freedom to complete my work while travelling and to access information as needed. Employees can also access their information from any location as well. Paylocity makes it possible for us as a small company to integrate several processes of payroll/HR.

What do you like best? I like the access employees have to manage their punches, time off requests, paystub printing, etc with the mobile app. It really saves us time and allows us to be more of a reviewer and to catch errors. What do you dislike? With the newer items, it seems like Paylocity does a lot, but not everything we need, forcing us to rely on outside work-arounds still. What do you like best? Document storage, great way to store and share documents with the right people regardless of where they are. Weblink, great tool for mass updates. What do you like best? All the workers were very nice and helpful. Some of the session were informational- but disappointment but a couple others. What do you dislike? Felt like there should be a level for each of the session. I attended session that I thought would be more theory or in depth- and they were just how to set-up the tool. What do you like best? I can track employees time off and also pull reports to distribute to managers. The Onboarding process interfacing with Clearcompany where applicants apply for positions within my organization connecting so new hires are then moved over to the onboarding process.
