A great tool for many different aspects of many different jobs

What do you like best? I love the data and analytics tab. I enjoy being able to have that visual when I am seeing how many new hires I have had this year or how many people have been terminated or quit. I also like that it shows the ratios of male to female and the different ethnicities to see that there is no discrimination at a quick glance. What do you dislike? Paylocity is Awesome!

What do you like best? Since our company switched to Paylocity in 2016, I have been impressed with the quality of their workforce. The Account Managers are usually able to solve my issue immediately. The Implementation Specialists are so efficient that there are very few adjustments to be made; they are also very good at explaining the process. The trainers are top notch. Paylocity Overview

What do you like best? I like how convenient it is and how user friendly it is to find all of my HR needs in one place. I'm able to access payroll info, benefits info, and contact information of other employees in my office. It's also great because I can view the payroll calendar and know exactly when I'm going to get paid which is a wonderful feature. Paylocity - A Good Alternative

What do you like best? Processing Payroll is much simpler than competing providers. Getting someone on the phone to help with issues is faster than ADP or Paychex. What do you dislike? Trying to find certain things is not very intuitive within the menus they have. Terminated employees cannot access the website once you terminate them. This causes the payroll administrator to constantly have to respond to requests for pay stubs or W2s once the employee is gone. What business problems ...

Pretty intuitive but little support

What do you like best? The system is pretty intuitive. There is a lot of structured training available to administrators. It has all of the functionality required of a payroll system. What do you dislike? There is very little support after implementation. We've primarily been directed to pre-recorded training videos. It's difficult to get support for one-off questions or issues. Glad we made the switch; but fix implementation please

What do you like best? The system is very intuitive. I like that the company is always looking to the future so the product doesn't fall behind or become stale. What do you dislike? The implementation process needs to be overhauled. Implementation is currently siloed by the different modules. What do you like best? Paylocity is a great payroll and HR solution for small to medium size businesses! This solution allows you to manage your own data and leverage the information and analytics to make informed business decisions. What do you dislike?
