What do you like best? The phone support. Able to resolve problems quickly... I felt comfortable talking with the people and They were available during business hours. Support upfront was good. What do you like best? Paylocity has met our needs over the years as a growing start up from 8 employees to almost 200 today. We have been able to add modules as our needs arose. The support reps have generally been very responsive and helpful. Implementations for the new modules have generally stayed on time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? the ease of use and quick response team for any payroll related issues. This is a fabulous system. webtime included! HRIS that's raising the bar!

What do you like best? All the different modules! Paylocity has done a great job in creating a system that has it all!! The module that I use most are Recruiting, Onboarding and Company. The best customer service experience!

What do you like best? Outstanding customer service. When I need help with something, I have a dedicated account rep. I do not get shuffled around from person to person. I never receive an answer of "we can't do that'. If it's something not yet available, they actually work on it and try to make it so. User Friendly

What do you like best? I like the online look of Paylocity. It is visually pleasing and user friendly. The help feature is very useful as well as the training documents and videos. Customer service is phenomenal to work with. Their one-call resolution is high. I process payroll so I really like how the benefits are integrated into paylocity. Outstanding implementation and customer service

What do you like best? Paylocity excels particularly in the areas of implementation and customer service. They know their market well and easily surpass the giants of ADP and others in this area.
