What do you like best? Paylocity responds to its customers with great service. If I'm having an issue or want to try automating a process, I know I can call in and they will talk it out with me and present options. What do you like best? Paylocity has met our needs over the years as a growing start up from 8 employees to almost 200 today. We have been able to add modules as our needs arose. The support reps have generally been very responsive and helpful. Implementations for the new modules have generally stayed on time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? the ease of use and quick response team for any payroll related issues. This is a fabulous system. webtime included! A great tool for many different aspects of many different jobs

What do you like best? I love the data and analytics tab. I enjoy being able to have that visual when I am seeing how many new hires I have had this year or how many people have been terminated or quit. I also like that it shows the ratios of male to female and the different ethnicities to see that there is no discrimination at a quick glance. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Since our company switched to Paylocity in 2016, I have been impressed with the quality of their workforce. The Account Managers are usually able to solve my issue immediately. The Implementation Specialists are so efficient that there are very few adjustments to be made; they are also very good at explaining the process. The trainers are top notch. HRIS that's raising the bar!

What do you like best? All the different modules! Paylocity has done a great job in creating a system that has it all!! The module that I use most are Recruiting, Onboarding and Company. Outstanding implementation and customer service

What do you like best? Paylocity excels particularly in the areas of implementation and customer service. They know their market well and easily surpass the giants of ADP and others in this area. The system itself is intuitive and our employees find it easy to use and navigate. What do you dislike? Very few things come to mind, and certainly nothing significant. User Friendly

What do you like best? I like the online look of Paylocity. It is visually pleasing and user friendly. The help feature is very useful as well as the training documents and videos. Customer service is phenomenal to work with. Their one-call resolution is high. I process payroll so I really like how the benefits are integrated into paylocity.
