What do you like best? I like the extensive functionality of Pardot - I can do almost everything marketing automation related on the platform. What do you dislike? Pardot can be a bit overwhelming for someone on a small marketing team. There is a lot to utilize, and there are a lot of resources available to learn new things, but they are very difficult to find. What do you like best? visibility of a prospect's touchpoints, dynamic lists, automation with Engagement Studio allows for flowcharting of engagement paths/journeys What do you dislike? Engagement Studio is not drag and drop, so it's time consuming to move the pieces of a journey around. Easy to create/schedule/send emails

What do you like best? The reporting and dashboard are my favorite part of Pardot- you can see how your emails and campaigns are performing and easily analyze from the dashboard and data provided. What do you dislike? I find it can be a little difficult to search for past emails. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me provide ROI

If you have Sales Force, this is your best option.

If you don't have Sales Force, then it's benefits are easily replicated in other more flexible, simple and implementation-friendly Marketing Automation tools (even for On-Site at better prices/business models.
