Simply the best

What do you like best? Interface syncs nicely with desktop and mobile use. Never had any issues with cross platform knowledge transfers and all of the fields are intuitive and easy to find What do you dislike? Jeez is it ever expensive for a SMB. However, it is the best marketing automation program out there. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing automation and testing was incredibly easy.

Engagement Studio is not drag and drop, so it's time consuming to move the pieces of a journey around.
