Pardot has the tools needed in one place

What do you like best? The platform is well integrated for email campaign management. It also has a strong community. What do you dislike? Unfortunately the UI is dated. We also have to keep separate do not contact lists for GDPR instead of keeping them there. We can't link this to our Sendgrid, Gmail, or Outlook.com very well nor our LDAP directories. It lacks SAML and MFA for our single sign on. It would really be useful if it also could warm IP addresses for us. Recommendations to ...

What do you like best? The flexibility of the tool combined with Engagement Studio is a great product. What do you dislike? Good Marketing Automation Tool

What do you like best? Very easy to edit email templates and send/schedule emails What do you dislike? Lacks reporting features. Creating landing pages are not easy to create as well. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automate email nurturing streams. Build and segment lists and target audience.

What do you like best? Pardot makes it extremely simple to automate the buyers journey and drive high quality leads to the sales team. What do you dislike? From a customers journey stand point, not the best when trying to drive customer engagement campaigns. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Qualifying leads faster and getting them to our sales teams to convert.

Vital for our sales team

What do you like best? Helps us focus energy on the most viable prospects based on their interactions on our website. What do you dislike? Lots of hidden costs/file size limits/limited help resources. Recommendations to others considering the product increase your allocations for files we can store within it and rules. 50 and 600mb is a joke. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps our sales team be more efficient.
