What do you like best? The layout and design of Pardot is very simple to use. The feedback it provides to our leads and Opps Closed Won is invaluable. What do you dislike? The automation section takes a while to setup and the screen is hard to maneuver. Recommendations to others considering the product It's a good tool. Takes specialized knowledge to perfect
What do you like best? Flexibility of forms, you can put in any amount of fields. Allows the business team to control changes to the forms. What do you dislike? High barriers to entry. We only have a few people that know the system so if they are out of office work tends to stop. What do you like best? The stage is adaptable in its usefulness and has a basic UI. Learning the stage is simple, particularly on the off chance that you have any involvement with advertising computerization experience. What do you like best? Scores leads based on what the individual has interacted with marketing wise. Helps raise the hot leads to the top! Integrates with Salesforce which is our CRM of choice. What do you dislike? I can't really say there is anything I dislike about Pardot. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Weeding thru mindless leads and surfacing the good ones for sales reps to act upon.
