The platform handles email automation, lead scoring, segmentation, ...Read more
Pardot pros and cons
Full marketing suite covering automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign execution.
Direct Salesforce CRM integration gives unified pipeline visibility across sales and marketing.
Drag-and-drop tools for landing pages and emails work without technical expertise.
Analytics and reporting let teams optimize campaigns and track performance.

Unhappy with reporting
What do you like best? Easy to understand the basics - It's easy to send emails and use engagement studio. That's about it. What do you dislike? There is extremely little reporting capabilities. You have to get all the reports through salesforce and not all campaign touch points are recorded. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? email and marketing asset automation and tracking

Very Useful
What do you like best? Ease of use Simple UI Admin and user management is very easy segmentation lists and grouping engagement studio is so easy a caveman could do it! and really helpful overall just very easy to use and track leads coming in What do you dislike? Reporting could be a little better bi-directional sync to SF is not that great and having to purchase custom objects add-on is a joke ES is a little slow to report stats and sometimes isn't entirely ...

Dated Technology in Need of an Overhaul
What do you like best? The only thing Pardot has going for it is the ability to connect and sync with Salesforce. That's not saying much. What do you dislike? Where do I begin? • It's 2019 and their landing pages are still not secure (https • e-Mail designs are difficult to customize. So difficult, in fact, that Pardot does not recommend users deviate from the provided templates. (We were told this in a live demo. • Images in e-Mails do not display in Outlook 365 when sending ...

Great product, needs a revamped interface and feature updates.
What do you like best? Great integration with Salesforce and great for nurture programs. Easy to learn and use as well. Salesforce, in general, has great training and certification programs. What do you dislike? Very limiting when it comes to email template design and setup. I've used HubSpot in the past, and I definitely enjoy how easy it is to set up a design, metadata, etc. with HubSpot. Pardot is not this seamless and sleek, very clunky to design with HTML. Recommendations to ...

The makings of something great.. just needs to be pushed over the line
What do you like best? The fact that Pardot is directly synced with our Salesforce CRM has provided our sales and marketing team the opportunity to work more transparently and together. The visibility between the two is outstanding. What do you dislike? The marketing assets such as the email builder, form builder, landing page builder, etc... are in desperate need for an upgrade. For something as simple as an email builder, you need to know HTML and CSS in order to get anything that is ...
