Pardot pros and cons

  • Full marketing suite covering automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign execution.

  • Direct Salesforce CRM integration gives unified pipeline visibility across sales and marketing.

  • Drag-and-drop tools for landing pages and emails work without technical expertise.

  • Analytics and reporting let teams optimize campaigns and track performance.

  • Steep learning curve; custom branding and advanced features require technical expertise.

  • Pricing is prohibitive for small and mid-sized businesses.

Transitioned from another MA to Pardot

What do you like best? The integration with Salesforce allowed me to see actual ROI on our marketing activities for the first time. I could see which campaigns closed deals and which didn't. Huge! Great features and support infrastructure. What do you dislike? Salesforce has a very aggressive upsell culture where their strategy is to "land and expand" into companies. You will be asked to buy more stuff. Recommendations to others considering the product Evaluate your data structure ...
