What do you like best? I really like the interface of Pardot and the simplicity of the design. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use Simple UI Admin and user management is very easy segmentation lists and grouping engagement studio is so easy a caveman could do it! and really helpful overall just very easy to use and track leads coming in What do you dislike? Unhappy with reporting

What do you like best? Easy to understand the basics - It's easy to send emails and use engagement studio. That's about it. What do you dislike? There is extremely little reporting capabilities. You have to get all the reports through salesforce and not all campaign touch points are recorded. What business problems are you solving with the product?
