Pricey, but good product
What do you like best? I've used Marketo, Hubspot, Act-On and Pardot and love using Pardot for our email automation platform. Having used all of the other platforms, I can attest to the fact that Pradot is one of the better choices for your marketing automation platform. What do you dislike? The price. Pricey, but good product

Pardot for Marketing Automation
What do you like best? Pardot is great for centralizing our lead generation and integrating with CRM (Salesforce. There is a lot to it that we don't use simply due to lack of resources to figure it all out. But it does the job for basic marketing automation and CRM integration. What do you like best? Strong customer service team for Pardot clients and a robust integration with Salesforce. What do you dislike? Some customers have said the sheer amount of options and terms to understand during the onboarding process is overwhelming. Advantages of pardot
What do you like best? Its ability to allow me to access all my CRM data, existing customization and break through productivity tools from anywhere What do you dislike? Can be complex and clunky at times
What do you like best? For me the best part of this is the emails section. You can quickly and easily create emails without html or you can choose to add your own code. I also like the automation function. It makes setting up email drip campions fairly quick. The reporting function is also nice but can be a bit tricky. Possibly the least user friendly interface I've ever used
What do you like best? The only redeeming quality for this software is that it can do what it sets out to do - which is program automated workflows and craft emails while connecting to your salesforce. It's hard for me to find something nice to say about this product honestly. What do you dislike? Customization worth the effort
What do you like best? High level of integration not only with Salesforce, but also social media platforms and other programs through Salesforce. What do you dislike? Took a decent bit of customization to get up and running, and is occasionally a bit quirky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing automation and campaign management; prospect tracking.
