Easy to build email campaigns
What do you like best? Pardot was great for creating email campaigns for customers and prospects. I used it to create a weekly newsletter as well as general marketing emails. I love that it imported contacts from Salesforce and creating lists was relatively simple. What do you dislike? Robust marketing automation, but very buggy
What do you like best? Like Salesforce (which owns Pardot), you can do anything you can imagine. Very powerful tool, once you know how to use it. Deep customizability, good feature set, a lot to love. Enterprise enough for our half a million person database. What do you dislike? Buggy as all get out. It's a joke that it just doesn't work on Thursday, it's the Pardot Thursday curse. You can tell that Salesforce bought the platform to let it die. Recommendations to others ...

Pardot - excellent if you use Salesforce
What do you like best? I love how Pardot integrates with Salesforce and allows us to see someone's full scope of actions. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs their email system to interface with Salesforce. What do you dislike? You do need to buy additional functionality to get the full capacity of the system, and Salesforce is continually trying to pitch you on buying new products, which is incredibly frustrating.
