Great that it connects to Salesforce, difficult to implement
What do you like best? Pardot links to Salesforce, which was our company's single source of customer truth. We didn't want to have to maintain customer data elsewhere simply for email marketing. What do you dislike? Pardot was so difficult to implement! We worked with our Salesforce representatives, but we struggling to get the most out of the software until we paid for an integration partner. Great that it connects to Salesforce, difficult to implement
What do you like best? Pardot links to Salesforce, which was our company's single source of customer truth. We didn't want to have to maintain customer data elsewhere simply for email marketing. What do you dislike? Pardot was so difficult to implement! This system would not be my choice
What do you like best? Nothing really, it is integrated with SFDC, but so what if the sync is so slow What do you dislike? Slow sync, clunky interface, slow interface What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not solving anything any more, not using any more

What do you like best? Pardot’s integration with Salesforce allows for some truly advanced list segmentation and automation. Its UI is easy and its ability to connect with other softwares makes it the leader of the pack. What do you dislike?
