Too clunky. Takes 18 steps to do what should only take 2.
What do you like best? I really don’t have anything favorite features of pardot. What do you dislike? It’s way too clunky, menus are the opposite of intuitive. Takes way too many steps to do ANYTHING. Recommendations to others considering the product: I strongly urge you to consider others ahead of Pardot. Customer service from pardot is really terrible
What do you like best? I am modifying my review from the review I had given earlier. Their customer support is very poor. They take almost a week to give their first response that the team is looking into it. I have got no response of my query raised 2 weeks ago. What do you dislike? Slow UI. UI is inflexible. What do you like best? We're big fans of the engagement studio capabilities, unfortunately, we haven't been able to take advantage of it regularly. What do you dislike? It's not intuitive to use, we've had it for two years and it's only been in the last 4-6 months that we've been able to to semi use it. We've ended up using our old system to send emails. Decent Lead Gen System When Integrating With SalesForce
What do you like best? I would say that the number one reason to use Pardot is for the Salesforce integration. The email marketing tools and engagement (drip) program tool is phenomenal as well.
