Awesome tool
What do you like best? Salesforce Pardot helped analyze and follow the best possible leads while looking at new customers What do you dislike? There was nothing that I disliked about the program, it was easy to read and provided a smooth interface. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to send automated emails to a targeted audience.

What do you like best? I like how it can tell me what emails or products my customers are looking at. What do you dislike? I wish it could give me more detail. Tell me what exactly they clicked on Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s great to help you know what customers to call. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s telling me info that helps me sell products to my customers

Good for SF users, not as intuitive as Marketo.
What do you like best? The native integration with Salesforce is the best feature. What do you dislike? The overall campaign set up is confusing and not intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don’t make the switch unless you’re really unhappy with the marketing automation platform that you’re using. Must Have Salesforce Integration
What do you like best? Pardot is branded as an all-encompassing platform. It offers landing pages, forms, emails, workflows, reports and overall automation. The platform's best use recommendation would be if it was integrated with Salesforce. What do you dislike? Pardot, in general, is a very complicated platform. Mostly functional with significant (and surprising) limitations.
What do you like best? For the most part, Pardot does what it says on the label. It offers the basics of marketing automation (prospect database, forms, email, landing pages, automation) with a fairly straightforward UI. For companies who don't want to customize their MAP, Pardot offers a lot of out-of-the-box functionality. What do you like best? It's important for my company to be in mind and that's why we're experiencing Pardot to create custom URLs to track performance on social media. What do you like best? The ability to send emails out to our listserv What do you dislike? Many times when composing emails, there are frustrating aspects that occurs with coding and how it translates. It'll translate well on our Dreamweaver, for example, but not Pardot. What do you like best? It's simple, saves a lot of time and integrates with other platforms. What do you dislike? I find the ability to customize emails is limited. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely consider it for sending emails to targeted audiences and tracking reactions through surveys. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communications to targeted audience groups and sending surveys.

Not for the beginner, useful for the avid user
What do you like best? I love how easily my team can go in, upload a list to a template and press send. For new to email marking individuals, this is a quick and useful tool. What do you dislike? I don’t like that we can’t create custom vivid and dynamic templates within the system. And when we upload an html code there is a lot of tweaking to get it to look remotely as good as we hoped. We also can’t easily embed videos within the email, to play once the user opens it. ...

What do you like best? I love lead scoring this has worked out great for our sales team to decide who to contact first, the salesforce integration is really handy and lead imports are really easy and connect with salesforce in real-time. What do you dislike? Email template builder is the worst thing about pardot, very hard to navigate and no support for adding CTA buttons (which seems really outdated), reporting is not the best so I usually use Salesforce for any reporting needs, ...
