A bit clunky...

What do you like best? The way it connects to and syncs with SFDC. I'm grateful they talk to each other for tracking campaigns. What do you dislike? It is tough to do custom things. We are trying to set up a referral campaign for existing clients to refer friends - it is incredibly complex, need to know javascript and open several tutorial links.
