Lots of great functionality with a few drawbacks

What do you like best? Great integration with Salesforce, lots of customization, helpful support, and overall, a really comprehensive email marketing platform. Intuitive and high quality system

What do you like best? It is very user friendly and has most of your MA needs already built in with minimal setup. Their lead qualification logic is very nice and definitely helps our marketing team handover better quality leads to Sales. What do you like best? Pardot UX is nice, better than some that I have used. What do you dislike? I don’t like how you are unable to use all of the fields in marketing automation rules. I’d Love to see more on time based rules I can use in my rules (ie: if they visited the pricing page in the last 3 days). Probably overpriced for what is can do

What do you like best? Great at building WYSIWG emails and parsing our ESPs for deliverability. What do you dislike? Terrible support. Bad customization. Frequent server problems that cripple the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving Email automation issues and attribution. It’s pretty decent at parsing out devices and ESPs so we can optimize our deliverability and readability.
