PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First of all, this tool is easy to use but whenever we run into some issue all we have to do is to click on the “Talk to Pardot Solutions” button and the team shows up. What do you like best? The most useful aspect of Pardot is its integration with our Salesforce environment and how easy it is to segment our prospects. It has made tracking the ROI of our marketing efforts easy to track. What do you dislike? The setup of Pardot was easily the hardest part of the integration.
