What do you like best about OnPay? Payroll for a low monthly fee that allows me to run payroll whenever I want and how I want. What do you dislike about OnPay? My current scheduling software does not integrate with OnPay. Nor does it have the ability to export my payroll file in an easy-to-upload Excel doc.

What do you like best about OnPay? It's a simple system and anything I need help navigating, the Customer Service is happy to help. They've even gone above and beyond what they should have to help me. If i forgot to pay someone something, I can easily run another pay run. The employees love seeing their check right after payroll is run and using the portal to request time off. Really Customer Service is barr none and the cost fabulous!!! What do you like best about OnPay? The OnPay user interface is easy to navigate and use. Onboarding was intuitive and well-designed. I was able to do most of it on my own, but OnPay Onboarding support was always ready to support when I needed it. What do you dislike about OnPay? I haven't found anything yet that doesn't work as needed.

What do you like best about OnPay? Ease of use, when I log on, my required tasks are right there in front of me. Reports for my activities are easy to find and download for reports. Customer support is excellent and easily obtainable. What do you dislike about OnPay? I really cannot think of anything that is deficient in the product.

Great customer support

The interface is easy to use and I have great control over how my staff get paid, get bonuses, and build PTO. But the best thing about Onpay is their customer service. It is outstanding. And the other great thing is how affordable they are. I was paying a lot more for Paychex and they were making mistakes. Now if mistakes are made, I only have myself to blame.

Responsive, competent, and professional.
