What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay is very user friendly, easy to use, and quick. What do you dislike about OnPay? The amount of contact from OnPay during the onboarding process was slightly overwhelming (quite a few phone calls and emails from various team members).

What do you like best about OnPay? I had to make the transition from another (unamed) payroll provider who had a complete meltdown mid-year and stopped processing payroll for their customers. I was expecting a challenging transition, but the onPay onboarding team walked me through the process - it was definitely differentiated that they offer this service. What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Everyone we've interacted with has been very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Emily helped us process our first payroll run, and the entire "training" with her took only 8 minutes! It was that easy. What do you dislike about OnPay? What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay's prices are low and fair in comparison to other payroll services. The company does seem to care about their clients and prices the fees accordingly. What do you like best about OnPay? Working with OnPay to setup new clients has always been easy. Payroll can be difficult to understand, but the folks at OnPay have always been very friendly and helpful. Also, I have never waited long to talk to a representative. What do you dislike about OnPay? I have no complaints with OnPay. Easy to use and easy to get payroll reports

What do you like best about OnPay? It was very simple to convert from previous payroll provider. Everytime that I have called in, I received prompt and helpful assistance. Doing payroll each pay period has been easy to use. We are also saving money from our previous provider. What do you dislike about OnPay? So far our experience with ONpay has been fantastic
