What do you like best about OnPay? We are a small non-profit who just switched payroll services to OnPay. So far, the transition has been a very easy set up and an incredibly user friendly experience! I'm pleased with their help and customer service as well. What do you dislike about OnPay? Thus far, I haven't found any negatives about working with OnPay, they are just what we were looking for.

What do you like best about OnPay? The interface is so easy to use and all answers to my questions can be found quickly or support is responsive. What do you dislike about OnPay? The mobile app is a little more difficult to use.

What do you like best about OnPay? Easy to use and saves me alot of time. Especially the payroll return filings. What do you dislike about OnPay? i don't have anything i dislike. it's very easy to use.

What do you like best about OnPay? Having a small company with few employees, this was a quick process. If you have a lot of employees, I believe you can upload the information which makes it even quicker. I entered my data and I still found it to be reasonable time and effort that I spent. Ease of use, ease of integration plus a fair value for what I get from OnPay, makes them a good choice for your payroll services. What do you dislike about OnPay? At the moment, I don't have any dislikes.

What do you like best about OnPay? The ease of use and simplicity of the interface. What do you dislike about OnPay? Sometimes getting in touch with someone is a challange.

What do you like best about OnPay? I’m overall very happy with OnPay. It’s easy to use and its customer service is excellent. My questions get answered right away either by email or phone. One feature that our employees like the most is its self-service portal, which they can use to access at any time to check their pay stubs and download tax forms. What do you dislike about OnPay? So, far, I don't dislike anything about OnPay.

What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay has streamlined onboarding and manages to make the complexities of HR and simplify it. Managing payroll for a small business is time intense, expensive, and complicated, but OnPay is none of those things. What do you dislike about OnPay? OnPay doesn't have as much flexibility as other systems or platforms, but this is part of the simplification process.

What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay is incredibly responsive, forward-thinking, and operationally excellent. Their support team is quick and helpful, the platform is constantly improving, and everything runs smoothly. What do you like best about OnPay? The OnPay user experience is logical and descriptive which lead to less of my time onboarding & submitting. The reports seem comprehensive so far and I didn't have to ask for anything special like I have in other systems! The connection to QuickBooks worked well AND worked immediately after my first submission.
