A great, cost-effective option for small businesses
I use OnPay to run payroll for my own company and for my clients’ small businesses (usually 1–2 people). The interface is very user-friendly, the whole process is smooth, and their customer support is prompt and great. I think OnPay is a great, cost-effective option for small businesses.

What do you like best about OnPay? It is quite easy and friendly to new user. The steps are very clear and the customer support is very prompt. What do you dislike about OnPay? I have not encountered problems yet. I will check later.

What do you like best about OnPay? It is quite user friendly and clearly shows the steps to set up.The customer support follows up very quickly. What do you dislike about OnPay? At this stage, I haven’t found any significant downsides. It has been working well for my needs.

Great payroll service
Great payroll service - website is very user friendly with some nice features - running payroll is straight forward - everything needed is displayed on one page - the service is reasonably priced. The absolute best part is their onboarding process with a zoom meeting to run the first payroll.

OnPay has made setting up my payroll…
OnPay has made setting up my payroll easy and manageable. I was assigned an account manager, a real person, who met with me to understand my payroll needs and walked me through the set up process from start to finish. Overall, a wonderful experience!

You will love working with Onpay
When we found OnPay and started the enrollment process, it was much easier than expected. After one phone call, the transfer process was started, and our target payroll date was set. The integration of our data was quick and easy to complete.Their system is easy to navigate, and taxes were set up to pay automatically; even the various local taxes were set up by OnPay at the correct rates, etc. We have a smaller payroll, but they gave us their best service at a reasonable price. What do you like best about OnPay? Ease of use, the portal is not bulky or overwhelming. Customer support, they have been very pleasant, available, and helpful from the very beginning. Value, very competitively priced. What do you dislike about OnPay? I wish there was a time clock feature included.
