Easy to use for small company Customer support is helpful occasionally longer to respond than i expect but not bad No issues with any cash transactions Payroll taxes paid on time Reporting good What do you dislike? Simple to use
What do you like best? I like that it is user friendly and handles my tax payments for my business. Economical for a one person business. What do you dislike? I really cannot think of anything I dislike Recommendations to others considering the product A flat fee every month - easy to budget What business problems are you solving with the product? Inexpensive and efficient
What do you like best? ONPAY has a great interface that allows complete control over our payroll, but they also offer great service to help you get all the details right for your payroll needs. Plus the pricing is very reasonable. What do you dislike? Some of the exports to our accounting package (Sage didn’t work properly without some help. Easy to use and excellent customer service
What do you like best? The chat is a great feature which connects you with a live customer service member with minimal wait time. I have always been able to get the assistance I need in a timely manner. Inputting employee's hours has also been easy, and with the platform update, it has been even easier. What do you dislike? Awesome!
What do you like best? ONPAY has taken the complexity of payroll off of my hands and allows me to focus on veterinary medicine. They are always patient with me if I have any questions. I love OnPay!
What do you like best? Really everything. Its very easy to use and flexible for all business types What do you dislike? Not really anything. In the 3 years I've been using OnPay, I haven't had ANY issues whatsoever Recommendations to others considering the product great product with great support What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The website is very easy to use and pretty much self explanatory, however if you need help either the on line chat or phone are always available and so far someone has been able to help me. Overall excellent service and the software definitely meets my needs
What do you like best? Whenever I have had a question, I have gotten prompt help and gotten things figured out. What do you dislike? Some of the layout of menus has been slightly annoying and maybe overdone with how things "pop in and out" based on what you click on or are hovering over.
