Awesome customer service!

What do you like best? OnPay is easy to use but if you ever do come across something that you can't figure out their customer service is par-none! The online chat style help is usually more than enough but if that doesn't work there is a full service help desk behind the scenes available via email and the follow up and responsiveness is excellent! Exactly what I needed.

What do you like best? OnPay does everything I need in a very uncomplicated way. Very reasonable fee. Does my payroll and taxes. Always easy to call and get a native English speaker to help. What do you dislike? I would have to sit here and think for too long to come up with something. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm a procrastinating lazybones but with OnPay I get my payroll and taxes done on time.

What do you like best? The ease of being able to go in and take care of our payroll no matter what location I am at. It is also very easy to be able to print reports on demand. My staff really likes the option to be able to login to their own payroll file to see their payroll stub, print tax forms, and reports. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I got help when I needed it - especially help setting up a new company. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to auto-draft, rather than have to input info each month.
