What do you like best about OnPay? I find OnPay's user interface easy to use, which makes navigating the platform simple. I also like that there are plenty of buttons and that it's easy to navigate with previews. It's helpful for keeping track of taxes and reports, which has improved my payroll processing. What do you like best about OnPay? I appreciate that OnPay made my first payroll run easy with clear instructions and hands-on support, which was really helpful since I'm new to payroll. I like that they are very focused on providing excellent customer support. I also find their website easy to navigate and user-friendly. The customer service has been incredibly helpful
The customer service has been excellent. Communication has been very prompt and clear, and the team was proactive in helping us get our first payroll processed successfully. This was my first time running payroll, and I really appreciated how approachable and supportive they were throughout the process.

What do you like best about OnPay? The customer service was incredible. I had a very tight deadline to buy, onboard, and run payroll. Their onboarding leader got on the phone and walked me through everything and ensured I met my payroll deadline. What do you dislike about OnPay? There is nothing that I "dislike." Opportunities for improvement: refined tutorials using more video and in-product guidance.

The customer service was incredible. I had a very tight deadline to buy, onboard, and run payroll. Their onboarding leader got on the phone and walked me through everything and ensured I met my payroll deadline.

What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay started near the end of the year. Its teams was able to catch up data prior to my on-boarding and seamlessly placed the data for 2025 in time to file year end tax reports. I appreciate very much. What do you dislike about OnPay? To date, I haven't observed anything significant enough worth of being addressed.

OnPay is super easy to use to run bi-weekly payroll and affordable for small business! Setting up everything initially as a new business has some challenges; however, the OnPay staff was right there to help and guide me through the process!
