What do you like best? Great customer service! Very user friendly! Very economical! What do you dislike? An efficient tool to free up important time!
What do you like best? The support staff has been extremely responsive and helpful -- a must when setting up new software. As to their services in handling payroll, they have relieved me of a tedious job. Although I am capable of handling the various required submissions, their program eliminates my need to calendar and remember these frequent tasks. OnPay is well worth the money! What do you dislike? What do you like best? OnPay has a website that includes everything you need to keep payroll organized, all associated taxes, employees and their hiring details, among many other things. The site is very user friendly and above all, the customer service team is friendly and helpful, and very fast to respond. What do you dislike? I hate payroll.
What do you like best? they do all the payroll calculations and filings that i hate to do. And if there are issues or questions, they answer right away in chat. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The very best program I have found for handling payroll for my small business. We have 10 employees. Very easy to set up and use. Also easy to run year end reports.
