What do you like best? The team at OnPay is extremely helpful with all questions and special needs. What do you dislike? I've had no issues with OnPay at all! Great experience! Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it, it's a simple process with great customer support! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have used OnPay to run monthly payroll for the first time for my company.

Good payroll solution with an expanding HR capability
What do you like best? OnPay's website is very responsive. The site is fast and very well laid out from a UI perspective. Beyond that, we really like their support which has been very responsive and loves feedback. After that, I'd say the cost - for what we get, it's a good value. They also offer a great HR platform with referenceable documents, templates, etc. Plus, they integrated with our 401k platform. life-saver!
What do you like best? On-pays ease of use, helpfulness and great attitude/patience with the not-so-savy tech people like me. ..payroll is done quickly and smoothly...my employees get their notifications, payments to the state ,and end of year paperwork gets done so smoothly. Easier than I im,agined
What do you like best? OnPay is the most reasonably priced full-service payroll service I've found. Very easy to use and their support has been terrific! What do you dislike? Haven't found anything to dislike so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The savings realized by not having to do bookkeeping and tax dispersal associated with payroll is probably the highest cost savings benefit.

What do you like best? User Friendly platform--I can easily navigate during payroll. What do you dislike? Nothing so far, OnPay has proven to be a great asset. Performs exactly as advertised!
What do you like best? Provides payroll services exactly as advertised without unnecessary nonstop solicitations for unnecessary affiliated services (ADP...) What do you dislike? So far so good, but GL mapping one minor issue, but nothing insurmountable if you're comfortable with General Journal entries in QuickBooks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple payroll provider service at a very competitive affordable price

OnPay is a great alternative to the over priced legacy payroll companies!!!
What do you like best? OnPay makes my payroll process easy. Their website is intuitive and their customer service has been super helpful whenever I have had any questions. I considered some of the big payroll companies that were recommended by the bank I use, but their costs were prohibitive for my small business and their customer service couldn't even address me by my name correctly. Love OnPay
What do you like best? I love the preface and how easy it is to navigate. Plus I appreciate the customer service and how responsive they are each time I have a question. It's a great payroll system. It even makes it really easy for my employees to access their pay stubs and W2s What do you dislike? When they make updates, things do get moved around and you get lost. Awesome Payroll Service
What do you like best? Simple and easy to set up payroll through the Onoay web portal. After moving my business across the country I had an issue which was entirely my fault. Onoay stepped up and updated my payroll filings which was a tremendous help. I’m thankful to them for helping me. What do you dislike? They’ve been a pleasure to work with across the board.
