Great support and easy to use
What do you like best? The support has been great in answering all questions and walking through everything. Additionally the OnPay team answered all my questions prior to determining to use them. What do you dislike? If I had to say anything, it might be that sometimes it takes a while to get an answer. However the team has always been thorough with their responses. On Pay Payroll Program
What do you like best? I like the monthly price and the ease of use. What do you dislike? I honestly can not think of anything I dislike about the program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On Pay has made the weekly payroll quick and easy. I like the fact that they are taking care of all the required payroll reporting also. I also like their support on Covid issues.

On Pay representatives are very knowledgeable and responsive when you call on them for help.
What do you like best? OnPay keeps my business payroll records in order, which is great for me because I do not have to worry about the records. What do you dislike? I lose interest on my money subtracted out of my business account. But I do understand that OnPay has to make money in order to keep the charge for my services low. What do you like best? OnPay is very accessible! Online Chat is a very quick way to get in touch with them. Within moments of reaching out to them, I am able to reach a customer service representative and get answers to my questions. Simple and Affrodable
What do you like best? For the most part it was very easy to set up our account. Running payroll is a breeze as is adding new employees. What do you dislike? The only thing I found to be a bit frustrating was once an employees information was entered for their bank account, in order to do a direct deposit, you have to go back into their account and select direct deposit again and re-enter the information. What do you like best? Super easy and fast to set up my company, the website is extremely user friendly, and most importantly the service is very affordable. What do you dislike? I wish the company would develop an app to download onto my mobile device vs going to a website. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very user friendly and great value
What do you like best? I don't have to be a payroll expert to use OnPay. It automatically files employment docs like new hire forms and quarterly payroll tax returns. As a California business, I like that it automatically calculates sick pay accrual for my part time employees. What do you dislike? I wasn't sure how the billing cycle initiated after the free trial.
