What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay keeps my business payroll records in order, which is great for me because I do not have to worry about the records. What do you dislike about OnPay? I lose interest on my money subtracted out of my business account. But I do understand that OnPay has to make money in order to keep the charge for my services low. The trade-off is worth it. What do you like best about OnPay? Easy to use, cheap, helpful customer service What do you dislike about OnPay? Need 4 days to process direct deposit. Could have more PTO customization options Recommendations to others considering OnPay: I absolutely recommend using onpay. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Less data entry. Employees can update their withholding through the onpay portal. Easy to use payroll processing

The best in the market—quality service and quality features too!
PROS: OnPay has been handling my payroll accounts for me with ease. For an affordable option, their customer service is really top-notch. They walked me through the whole set-up and they were so accommodating to me when I paid a visit to their office. They really are the best in the market! CONS: All employees need to have an active bank account. This is quite a tall order—so, when this happens, I’d have to manually write a check to pay off said employee until such time that he/she would be ...

"Does most of the work for you!"
What do you like best about OnPay? After entering the initial information required for your business, it practically does all the rest of the work for you. Calculates all the taxes and deducations, does the filing, pays your workers. All I've had to do is run payroll, which I do every other week. It is so easy. "Quick and simple payroll that gets the job done."
What do you like best about OnPay? Setup was simple, and their online platform is easy to use and navigate. Way more user-friendly than their competitors (namely Quickbooks payroll, which I've had countless issues with.) The price was also reasonable with a one-month free trial and no implementation fees. "Always ready and willing to help!"
What do you like best about OnPay? I have always been able to get a hold of someone and get the answers I needed. Everyone I've worked with have been helpful and knowledgable. They made the transition very easy and stress free. What do you dislike about OnPay? I think the only downside is having to pay the same fee for multiple EIN's. What do you like best about OnPay? Extremely helpful at explaining things clearly for a small business that does not have dedicated HR/accounting.
