PROS: OnPay may just be that cheaper option for payroll management. Quality is first class. Being a bookkeeper, I've been using their service for a number of clients the past few years. I like how their reporting options work. It's simple enough to follow and offers flexibility that I need. Their customer service is fantastic regardless if it's asking help through online chat or over the phone. PROS: I didn’t think that processing payroll was going to be this easy. Onpay has really helped out a lot in this daunting part of our business. I’m really happy with their customer service staff too! CONS: It took me a while to get used to the processes, but I’ve come a long way since then.

For this CPA, OnPay has been a reliable "go to" solution. My parents are older, and we have hired two care-givers to ensure their daily needs are well-supported. Ensuring they are paid legally, with all appropriate taxes paid out means that we need payroll help. I set up the entity and OnPay helps me do the rest. Not too expensive, just enough help & support, and very reliable. They have come through when preparing tax reports and filing quarterly'ies with both Federal and State.
