What do you like best about OnPay? So fay everyone has been very helpful to get my account setup and my payroll going. "Great service at a fair price"
What do you like best about OnPay? My background is in operations and compliance, but many of my colleagues are overwhelmed by these tasks. OnPay takes all the guesswork out. Staff are very communicative and supportive. What do you dislike about OnPay? There are some accessibility changes that would be nice to see in the mobile website experience. The left dashboard panel (blue) is not reactive, which makes navigation on the mobile view more difficult. This is not a problem when using ...

"Great support and easy to use"
What do you like best about OnPay? The support has been great in answering all questions and walking through everything. Additionally the OnPay team answered all my questions prior to determining to use them. What do you dislike about OnPay? If I had to say anything, it might be that sometimes it takes a while to get an answer. However the team has always been thorough with their responses. OnPay has been a very useful tool for our small business. I used to do payroll myself and then pay to have the taxes filed, but this is way simpler and gives me peace of mind that its being done correctly and im not missing anything. It was a bit confusing to set up , mainly with the schedule on when they would take out what taxes, just because it was different than what we had been doing ourselves, but once we got it all set up and had my many questions promptly and professionally answered ...

What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay makes my payroll process easy. Their website is intuitive and their customer service has been super helpful whenever I have had any questions. I considered some of the big payroll companies that were recommended by the bank I use, but their costs were prohibitive for my small business and their customer service couldn't even address me by my name correctly. What do you like best about OnPay? You can enter your time whenever you want and they will do a direct deposit if you wish. What do you dislike about OnPay? It would be helpful to get an email saying when they are taking the money from your account. But if you look hard enough you can find the report that tells you that. "Love OnPay"
What do you like best about OnPay? Very easy to use with a simple & clean UI What do you dislike about OnPay? I haven't really found anything I don't like yet, I've been using OnPay for about 10 months. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? I used to do my own payroll in QuickBooks and it was a pain. Now payroll is quick & easy.
