"Simple, functional payroll system for small business"
What do you like best about OnPay? Clean interface, very functional and good technical support. Running payroll takes me less than 15 minutes and it is a pleasure. It integrates with Deputy, which we use for timesheet management so we avoid data entry or even needing to proactively "export" anything from Deputy (as we had to with our prior payroll provider). Nearly 2 years and highly satisfied
I use OnPay for my law firm with 3 employees and 3 contractors. The service is great and takes care of helping to automate my payroll. It also integrates with my accounting software so that everything flows smoothly. Whenever I do have questions, they always answer within 24 hours and usually even faster. On top of it all, their pricing can't be beat! I am very satisfied and highly recommend.

"Quick and easy"
What do you like best about OnPay? I like how quick and easy it is to get set up and manage everything. Having all the records in one place for my employees keeps things simple. What do you dislike about OnPay? I wish you could set up automatic payroll without going in and initiating the process each time. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to set up withholdings allows you to save time and money.

We've found our permanent Payroll Administrator
OnPay is the best payroll administrator I've ever worked with including in-house payroll administrators from pervious companies. OnPay's system provides support and data information at a level that you would expect to find at an ERP module system level. "OnPay is easy and simple."
What do you like best about OnPay? That it's simple and easy to use for someone like me that isn't an accountant or HR specialist. What do you dislike about OnPay? There really isn't much I dislike honestly. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Very reasonable pricing and don't have to have a payroll person with having use them instead.

If I could turn back time, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this.
PROS: The software itself is comprehensive. I find it appealing to the eyes. It's so easy to use! Customer service is amazing! It's scalable so it grows with both the needs and demands of the consumer. I really believe we'll be able to grow with them. I also feel they can consistently meet our needs. CONS: To be honest, everything about this software is great. There's nothing that I don't like at this time. So far, it's been good to me.

OnPay takes care of business
I have been using OnPay for about 3 years now and find their software intuitive and the customer service responsive and easy to work with. Whenever my state makes a change to tax/payroll circumstances, I just forward off to the team at OnPay and they take care of it. I would highly recommend their product and services.

"OnPay is good for a small business"
What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay has a fairly straightforward online interface, and when I didn't know where to find something, I was able to get either live or email customer support promptly. What do you dislike about OnPay? I did find the unemployment insurance sign-up and assistance a little obtuse, but the OnPay help staff did assist me effectively. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? OnPay helps keep the payroll process running smoothly.
