"The switch to On Pay"

What do you like best about OnPay? Customer support is great, I like that it is all on line, employees can set up their own information and other things. What do you dislike about OnPay? Sometimes a little tough to figure out but support is very responsive and helpful What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Inputting payroll is much easier, point of contact is not a problem, understanding tax withholdings etc is good.

"Easy format and great support"

What do you like best about OnPay? The Zoom meeting with a rep for start up was very comprehensive. Did a lot of the work for me but also explained what she was doing. After set up, reps were very helpful in chat format. What do you dislike about OnPay? Still getting used to format and not as confident in my running payroll as I will be ( First month of OnPay). "Great price, easy system setup, experienced transition team and outstanding customer service!"

What do you like best about OnPay? We were transition from in-house systems for payroll, onboarding and document tracking with an external accountant for filing required tax forms to OnPay. The transition team was awesome for getting our legacy data into the system and employees setup with past payroll for the year as well as employee garnishments. "Great for small businesses"

What do you like best about OnPay? Being a small, small business (2 employees) we wanted something easy to use but also low in cost. Most other services had a blanket price for 1-12 employees and also charged extra for direct deposit. OnPay keeps it easy and doesn't charge us an arm + leg + first born. "Great Customer Service!"

What do you like best about OnPay? The onboarding process has been easy with OnPay entering all of our employees, their deductions, previous checks, etc. My dedicated representative has been very patient and kind during the whole process and has answered all of my questions. The set up has been super easy! What do you dislike about OnPay?
