What do you like best about OnPay? I just started using OnPay and their platform is excellent. Customer service is what is really impressive. Speak English, understands what I am saying, and provides guidance. The integration part with Quickbooks is really awesome. Works perfectly. Tax filing, benefits administration, all in one place is great. As I onboarded, their team was hands-on attentive, and very patient. What do you like best about OnPay? Unlike the previous payroll system I have used for decades, OnPay seems to be developed in recent times. What do you like best about OnPay? The ease of converting our in-house payroll processing to OnPay was a breeze. What do you dislike about OnPay? I cannot find anything to dislike, so far. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Switching to OnPay has made my job much easier.

What do you like best about OnPay? The userabilty is the best I've seen. Onpay is proof that payroll doesn't need to be stressful. They made the transition from one payroll platform to theirs easy and seamless. What do you dislike about OnPay? At this point, there hasn't been any dislikes. "Makes Payroll a BREEZE!"
What do you like best about OnPay? Weekly payroll is so easy!! After the initial setup, all that is required is submitting weekly hours; pay is calculated and direct deposited, employer taxes paid - pretty much a no-brainer! What do you dislike about OnPay? Setup is a little confusing, but they do have a wizard to walk you through, and a personal agent that you can make a virtual appointment with. "I love OnPay"
What do you like best about OnPay? The customer service is impeccable. They are easi to reach and very caring. What do you dislike about OnPay? None. It was easy to transition fro a previous product to OnPay. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? I needed a simple payroll solution. This is eactly what I got. My previous program failed to pay my taxes in time. Attempts to contact them led to more waste of time and more frustration.

"Super simple to setup and use. Just what we needed!"
What do you like best about OnPay? Great interface with easy setup. Their support reached out right away to help us with the setup. What do you dislike about OnPay? Wish the emails to our staff didn't go out until the day payroll hits their account. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed to get payroll going quickly and for a reasonable price. OnPay did the trick and has been way easier than we even thought.
