We switched from a single source…

We switched from a single source payroll service to OnPay. The transition was very smooth and the staff guided us along the way. They were very available for any specific issues and questions along the way. Our payroll service using OnPay has been nearly flawless.

OnPay Rocks!

I have done payroll for years and OnPay takes all of the difficulty out of payroll! Honestly they have a great app and a terrific team of people. They handle all of the standardized Federal and State Reporting. Even during the pandemic they were set up and ready to go for PPP and ERTC assistance. I barely lifted a finger, just exported reports that OnPay had developed to meet the requirements for the PPP and ERTC. "Everything seems just right"

What do you like best about OnPay? Setup was straight-forward and running payroll is a snap. The basics are all saved and unless there are changes, it's click, click, done. I previously owned a business for 15 years and payroll was always a headache. I wish I would have discovered OnPay sooner. "Communication is Essential"

What do you like best about OnPay? I like working with OnPay, when I have quick question and call in, they are available with a live customer service rep, professional and knowledgeable. Requesting payroll is a breeze and direct deposit is fast. We had a recent issue of a wrong bank account number put in by an employee and they were able to fix the problem and reissue the funds within 24 hours. "Outstanding Support, Fantastic Features, Easy To Use"

What do you like best about OnPay? We started out using Square Payroll, which was a nightmare wrapped in a horror show for the whole 2 months we used it. OnPay imported all our payroll runs, employees, etc. They scheduled a call to walk us through the software the next day. Every time I have a question, there's someone available - either via chat, email, phone, or video call.
