What do you like best about OnPay? They have excellent support staff that is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Every time I have had a question, they have been able to help me figure it out! What do you dislike about OnPay? The integration to Quickbooks took longer than I expected; however, that was more on the Quickbooks side than it was with OnPay. "EASY PEASY"
What do you like best about OnPay? Super quick and easy to enter hours and do a payroll run. The low price is an added bonus. What do you dislike about OnPay? The onboarding phone tag was not the best experience, but I understand the importance of verifying this type of information. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Hassle free payroll management

What do you like best about OnPay? Straight forward; Great technical support. What do you dislike about OnPay? Some manual transactions required to integrate with QuickBooks Online What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Technical support was very poor for QuickBooks Online Payroll

"Very user friendly and intuitive"
What do you like best about OnPay? Entering new workers and running payroll which we do weekly is extremely easy. What do you dislike about OnPay? Have not encountered anything to dislike yet. If I can't find answers, I have called Onpay team and they have solved it right away What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? We can now do payroll ourselves versus having to email excel sheets to the previous payroll company. Very efficient and productive

"Great for Start Up business"
What do you like best about OnPay? Customer service is always there to help me find the answers to my payroll needs. What do you dislike about OnPay? I am very satisfied. They have more than met my expectations, even assisting with issues prior to their inception. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Tax is always harried. Now, I have OnPay to manage that side of it.

What do you like best about OnPay? I am a small business owner. Once I got the hang of using the OnPay user panel, I found OnPay easy and very efficient in processing my payroll. I can easily change pay rates and hours and adjust tax rates. The payroll approval process is easy and efficient. OnPay notifies me consistently about special holidays that could influence payroll processing time and delivery of checks. OnPay has submitted quarterly payroll taxes on time and provided me with ...

"OnPay is an excellent choice for small business payroll."
What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay customer service is the best. They walked me through 1st payroll setup and have been responsive when I have asked them any questions. Pricing is reasonable as well. What do you dislike about OnPay? I haven't found any dislikes. Systems work great. Customer service is excellent. Pricing is competitive. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? We have employees with tip income. OnPay helped us navigate this unique pay type.

"Great Customer Service and Easy To Use"
What do you like best about OnPay? I like that it is easy to chat and get help with any issue or question I have. What do you dislike about OnPay? Onboarding a new client is someone clunky and requires lots of emails to get fully setup and sometimes steps for state level taxes get missed creating issues. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to offer my bookkeeping clients a low-cost full-service payroll solution where I don't have to stress about deadlines.

"Great service however fees have increased putting pressure on our business."
What do you like best about OnPay? Friendly, competent, knowledgeable staff, great customer service, but fees are going up! The HR functions are amazing and we are creating a new and updated Employee Handbook via Mineral which integrates with OnPay and includes all the new COVID requirements.
