What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay is very user friendly/easy to use, but my favorite part about it so far has been the exceptional customer service! "Efficient service with great customer support"
What do you like best about OnPay? The interface was very user friendly and easy to set up. The customer support team are very knowledgeable. What do you dislike about OnPay? As I travel abroad regularly, I do not like that the system not accessible from outside of the USA. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using Onpay for our payroll service and will likely also incorporate our HR management.

What do you like best about OnPay? This software is intuitive. The personal support is always available. What do you dislike about OnPay? For my small business, I haven’t found any impediments. "Unparalled commitment to customer service."
What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay's customer support options include an actual person that answers the phone. If they can't answer your question, they route it to someone else who actually follows up in a timely manner. While some of the support flow may be automated, it doesn't feel that way. "Seamless transition"
What do you like best about OnPay? Clean interface with easy navigation within the program What do you dislike about OnPay? Can't select a specific pay day, only a pay date. ie. 1st day of the month is okay but not first Friday of the month. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? No more 941's, monthly's, State unemployment monthly's, etc. Huge time savings for our business.

What do you like best about OnPay? They understand small business payroll. The onboarding process was seamless. The customer service is second to none! Nothing so far - I have used this for about one month and all is good What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? My prior payroll company was Asure and they were horrible - really bad experience there. Terrible customer service - Onpay is much better

What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay was listed as one of the top payroll companies for small business because of the price and ease of use. I have been using OnPay since January and have had no issues. For the price it is a great alternative to bigger payroll companies. I was able to setup my 401k and medical deductions right through the portal. It also calculates your company 401k match. What do you dislike about OnPay? PROS: OnPay is simple to utilize. It's also user-friendly. If I'm facing problems, their online chat will respond swiftly. Everyone from the team has been nothing but professional and helpful.
