What do you like best about OnPay? User Friendly platform--I can easily navigate during payroll. What do you dislike about OnPay? Nothing so far, OnPay has proven to be a great asset. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Tax issues caused by a previous payroll company. I appreciate OnPay's highly skilled accountants.

OnPay's web application is very easy to use
OnPay's web application is very easy to use. Once I signed up, OnPay employee emailed me information what to do next, what information need to rollover from previous PayRoll company to OnPay. Great Payroll tool! Thank you!

Making it easier for a one-woman show
OnPay has made it so much easier for me, as a small business, to add an employee. The process to add an employee is very confusing and overwhelming with the state and fed government. Taking the “how do I pay this person” off my plate has been tremendously helpful - and they are very responsive to questions.

"Incredibly easy and smooth transition from a horrible service to a beautiful one"
What do you like best about OnPay? People who work there know what they are doing, they are fast and responsive and most of all HELPFUL What do you dislike about OnPay? Nothing. I love everything about the way this works. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Lowered my costs by almost 70 % over what I was paying with the other service.

"Easy use. Fantastic support"
What do you like best about OnPay? The most helpful part of on pay is the ease of use. From never using a payroll system to being up and running within 2 weeks with no issues. Amazing. You can never say enough about the support and the people helping with onboarding. What do you dislike about OnPay? Not much to say. I tried another payroll company and…
I tried another payroll company and gave up after their process was too complex. Onpay is easy and simple. The interface is user friendly and as any business owner will tell you, they don't have time to waste on troubleshooting payroll

Great Customer Service
My payroll company stopped doing business in America, so I needed to switch. After looking around, OnPay initially looked best. They made the process of switching very easy. Their customer service is very good.

They're SO much more flexible
They're SO much more flexible. I work for a landscaping company so we have workers coming and going all the time. Plus you may not have noticed, but the new year (when I switched payroll providers) comes during winter. Not a big payroll time for landscaping. But because of OnPay I could pay people whenever I had the money available, even just 1 at a time, and not get charged anymore than the number of people paid. Hallelujah! Easy switch!
Just switched from a large Nationally recognized payroll company to OnPay and saved almost 75% in fees. Transition went smooth and I am happy with all the features provided. Employees are happy about no interruption to payroll and can access their information just like before.
