"I highly recommend OnPay"
What do you like best about OnPay? I highly recommend OnPay because the portal is very user-friendly, from setting up the account to updating information to running payroll. The support staff is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and professional. What do you dislike about OnPay? The only issue I've experienced with OnPay was in getting our account verified, it just took a day or two longer than I anticipated. Once the issue was resolved, it's been smooth sailing. What do you like best about OnPay? The team was very involved in the implementation process. They requested information and got it set up completely without any additional implementation fees. We attempted to implement QBO payroll, but they were not responding or adding our data to Quickbooks, so at the last minute we switched to Onpay and were still able to meet our deadline because of the quick turn around time. What do you like best about OnPay? I like the fast pace and problem solving in a timely manner. I can get in contact with someone very fast and they respond back to my emails very quickly. What do you dislike about OnPay? Nothing at the moment and I hope it stays that way. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Just fixing payroll or answering my questions.

What do you like best about OnPay? I like the fast pace and problem solving in a timely manner. I can get in contact with someone very fast and they respond back to my emails very quickly. What do you dislike about OnPay? Nothing at the moment and I hope it stays that way. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Just fixing payroll or answering my questions.

What do you like best about OnPay? I appreciate that I can enter summary of hours (tracking wage hours elsewhere), and I have flexibility for handling complex pay situations. What do you dislike about OnPay? As a non-HR person I did need some time to understand all of the features - but time well-worth the investment. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Our lead pastor has part-time salary, housing allowance requiring different treatments; one wage-earner has two ...

What do you like best about OnPay? As a first-time business owner, Onpay has made my life easier. Not a difficult onboarding process for employees and user friendly to run payroll What do you dislike about OnPay? I wish there were a mobile application for my phone What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Onpay helps my business stay compliant in California and taxes my taxes for me over the course of the year.

"OnPay provides a great resource not only for payroll, but easy to find format for tax records."
What do you like best about OnPay? User Friendly platform--I can easily navigate during payroll. What do you dislike about OnPay? Nothing so far, OnPay has proven to be a great asset. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Tax issues caused by a previous payroll company. I appreciate OnPay's highly skilled accountants.
