Great solution for managing documents

PROS: Hyland is powerful and useful content management platform. When it comes to storage, manipulation and retrieval of data offers great solutions. You can easily integrate it with other processes and you can make it as important part of all those processes. Its support team is very responsive and helpful. They are easy to work with and respond in every situation. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in ECM solution.

OnBase is used by other departments

PROS: OnBase provides with great training tutorials, support and assistance. We use various modules and they are used by different departments. This platform is very helpful because we must keep documents available for public record requests. We use the Advanced Capture to get records into Onbase without indexing. We know that our records are secure, backed up and always available.

It also has an electronic signature feature, in which each document receives receive unique e-signatures from beginning to end. Moreover, it makes structured and unstructured work operation seamless to follow. At one time Hyland Software had a mission which was to make content management accessible to everyone. It created a pricing model that allowed companies large and small to take advantage of it. It's a shame, because the OnBase software is the most diverse and usable from a development perspective to create powerful solutions.
