"OnBase as a Solution"
What do you like best about OnBase? Coming from a background with Documentum and Aconex; OnBase is a totally different way of viewing document processes. It is versatile and can do amazing things, and there is a ton of training offered at all different levels. I like that end users see the "folder structure" they are accustomed to, and I like that they aren't actually folders, but custom queries dressed up as folders.

What do you like best about OnBase? The flexibility and features offered in OnBase products. There is so much that can be done to automate business processes and this is by far the most exciting thing about OnBase. This ultimately improves our response time and service to our members who are our top priority!

"Couldn't get it Live"
What do you like best about OnBase? They had a few great features. The web viewer was really clean and much more user friendly than their competitors. Went onsite for administration training and it was really well done.
