What do you like best about OnBase? I like Hyland in that it's fairly intuitive. It's easy to figure out the function of each button. What do you dislike about OnBase?

What do you like best about OnBase? The best thing I like about OnBase is that it helps with eliminating paper; it provides a place to store company data all within one system.

What do you like best about OnBase? I find it works out well for what my company needs from it. I enjoy being able to stick small notes and is user friendly/ uncomplicated.

OnBase provides great set of features that are very helpful for every kind of business
PROS: OnBase has the option for the documents to be stored in two locations for redundancy purposes, primary and secondary storage disk or platter. If a problem is found with file access, there is other file online on the second disk that OnBase synchronizes the two at the same time. The Users and Groups administration is easy to use. The database saves the configuration information there.
