Love the fact that all documents and links live in one place with the process so staff only need to go to their processes and they have everything they need to carry out their job. A great system to document your business processes

What do you like best? The easy way that processes can be entered into the system assigned to business functions and viewed in a graphical format. Good reports on activity of users and graphical representation of outdated and processes due for review. What do you dislike? I would like to see an easier drill down method of accessing or finding processes. Promapp -

What do you like best? Promapp allows us to formally document processes with version control, change logs and screenshots all in an easy to read UI. What do you dislike? Promapp can be quite an administrative burden at times, however, I believe that is something that can be improved through bulk update features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Promapp has allowed greater visibility of our processes, the tasks being executed.

What do you like best? Promapp allows the process owners to define and document their processes in an easy and meaningful way, then automatically creates the graphical representation for them. The addition of the automated workflow creation is just the icing on the cake. What do you dislike?
