What do you like best? The easy way that processes can be entered into the system assigned to business functions and viewed in a graphical format. Good reports on activity of users and graphical representation of outdated and processes due for review. What do you dislike? Easy to use and love everything in one place

What do you like best? Great efficiencies and easy to use. Love the fact that all documents and links live in one place with the process so staff only need to go to their processes and they have everything they need to carry out their job. What do you like best? Promapp allows us to formally document processes with version control, change logs and screenshots all in an easy to read UI. What do you dislike? Promapp can be quite an administrative burden at times, however, I believe that is something that can be improved through bulk update features. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Its very simple to get going, and easy to move items around once you have typed them in. I've used it to think about the business processes I'm involved in What do you dislike? Its not great for complex processes ( although obviously these can be split into sub processes) . The process I hoped to use it for is iterative and its not suited to that. What do you like best? Promapp allows the process owners to define and document their processes in an easy and meaningful way, then automatically creates the graphical representation for them. The addition of the automated workflow creation is just the icing on the cake. What do you dislike?
