Intutive, easy to use process mapping

What do you like best? Its very simple to get going, and easy to move items around once you have typed them in. I've used it to think about the business processes I'm involved in What do you dislike? Its not great for complex processes ( although obviously these can be split into sub processes) . The process I hoped to use it for is iterative and its not suited to that. Makes life easy using Promapp

What do you like best? Procedure and process map are both created at same time. What do you dislike? When a process is waiting for someone's approval, promapp does not email you for approving or reviewing, which is bit annoying but i keep my eyes on the dashboard if anything is waiting for me as Promaster.
