Good system
What do you like best? Pro map is an excellent system for mapping processes, it is relatively simple to learn and implement. Pro map has good training videos and personnel. I have recommended Pro map to other people in the past and will continue to do so. What do you dislike? I find that pro map software subscription and training is too expensive a more cost-effective solution would be far more attractive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Although you may be able to map ...

We have standardised, and the bottom line has improved
What do you like best? The fact that Promapp is a go-to for knowledge management - processes, documentation, continuous improvement and risk management. And its has been easy to engage the workforce because it is easy to use. What do you dislike? I find dislike a strong word to use for anything in Promapp. I guess the only improvement I can think of is that you cannot click straight into the Risk register from the Risk tab in your dashboard, you have to navigate back out to the ...

Fantastic, simple no nonsense software
What do you like best? Simplistic user interface, common language across all departments. An approach where the subject matter experts write the content, administration is very straight forward. What do you dislike? Inability to provide multiple outcomes from a decision option, only Yes or no, vs maybe a 1, 2 or 3 approach. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Breaking down the silos of processes held in different teams. Allowing collaboration ...

Facilitates process improvement
What do you like best? I love that using Promapp to map process almost always helps us to identify where processes can be improved. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike with Promapp. The hardest thing for us is staff engagement with the tool... but we're getting there! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are improving processes left, right and centre!

Meets requirements but some improvements needed
What do you like best? Gives a good overview of the process and the ability to attach documents and links as needed. What do you dislike? Not very easy to create sub processes from a master process.. I see that we can link processes applicable at any stage but I am unsure if can actually create sub processes at any stage without the need to create the links later. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am trying to create an end to ...
