Promapp review

What do you like best? How easy it is to crest diagrams and add metadata to each activity What do you dislike? Navigation of all of the folders. But I think it is the way our folder structure is set up versus the application. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Optimizing financial processes. The ability to reuse processes instead of starting from scratch.

What do you like best? Cloud based tool available across the organisation at any location. Provides well thought through structured approach to process management and risk. What do you dislike? Some elements don't exactly fit our requirements around risk but we successfully work around those. Recommendations to others considering the product: As with any product it helps to have a good understanding of what you are trying to achieve prior to selection. Take advantage of Promapp demos and ...

Breath of Fresh Air

What do you like best? Being able to reorder items by simply dragging and dropping halved my process mapping workload and enabled live updates to processes while sitting in the room with the interested parties. What do you dislike? That there is an additional cost for variations as I feel it was a core part of the product that was missing, not an added bonus. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Willingness to process map has increased ...

Governance, error minimisation, efficiency

If you are considering - take the plunge. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

We have standardised, and the bottom line has improved

What do you like best? The fact that Promapp is a go-to for knowledge management - processes, documentation, continuous improvement and risk management. And its has been easy to engage the workforce because it is easy to use. What do you dislike? I find dislike a strong word to use for anything in Promapp. I guess the only improvement I can think of is that you cannot click straight into the Risk register from the Risk tab in your dashboard, you have to navigate back out to the register ...

Fantastic, simple no nonsense software

What do you like best? Simplistic user interface, common language across all departments. An approach where the subject matter experts write the content, administration is very straight forward. What do you dislike? Inability to provide multiple outcomes from a decision option, only Yes or no, vs maybe a 1, 2 or 3 approach. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Breaking down the silos of processes held in different teams. Allowing ...
